Domestic Orders
Free shipping across India. Deliveries are available to major towns and cities via our trusted courier partners. Addresses in rural areas, villages, or PO box regions may not be serviceable even if the pincode shows availability at checkout.
Please provide a town or city address for smooth and timely delivery. If an order cannot be delivered due to an unserviceable address, it may be cancelled and the amount refunded. The Carats is not liable for refunds on orders that were shipped but later returned due to incomplete, inaccurate, or unserviceable addresses.
Order Processing & Timeline
Orders are usually shipped within 4–5 business days of receiving the order. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Important: If you provide an office address, include department details, employee number, and a direct landline to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
International Orders
We are pleased to serve customers worldwide. For deliveries outside India, shipping and handling charges, plus any duties or taxes at the destination, are payable by the customer. To know exact charges, please write to us with the product(s) you wish to purchase and our team will share the details.
